Meet Jinoo Hwang

It can be said with some confidence that the last thing you likely want to spend your time and resources on is engaging a lawyer for any reason. But when it comes to the sticky situation of planning your Estate, preparing for the future, or unravelling an impossible knot in Probate court, you also know you will truly need someone by your side who can pull you out of the mud and guide you through the fog with confidence, compassion and laser sharp focus on getting your details right, and all while maintaining balance and harmony throughout the process. If you're feeling a bit stuck and lost in your fog right now, Northwest Legal is proud to introduce you to Jinoo Hwang, described by one client as "a saint and a shark."

Jinoo's Journey

Attorney inoo Hwang was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. His diverse background in government, business, and education equips him with a creative approach to legal issues. Simply put, Jinoo’s background makes him a better lawyer. Before law school, he owned a successful multi-state publishing company (9 years), actively managed real estate investments, and worked as an adjunct instructor for the University of Oregon (16 years).

Early on in his legal career, Jinoo knew it would be important to obtain an intimate knowledge of the court system. He worked as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Charles D. Carlsonbefore completing work as a trial lawyer and prosecutor for the Lane County District Attorney office.

Following his work in the public sector, Jinoo's practice has focused specifically on estates, business law, and real estate transactions. His children attend Marist High School and Wheaton College.
